Day to day productivity

  • Identification of continuous process improvement
  • Implementation of process improvement
  • Assistance with new developments and product diversification
  • Adherence to and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
  • Product quality adherence and improvement
  • Assistance with examination of alternative materials & processing technology
  • Direct or indirect responsibility for operators maintaining performance levels
  • Advising or assisting with management decision making on ways forward

    • These individuals depending on size and structure of the company will typically comprise:-

  • Process Technicians
  • Process Engineers
  • Team Leaders or Supervisors
  • Senior or lead process operators
  • Repair /refurbishment engineers (in-company/in-field)
